Services

Assess, build, migrate, and maintain software for a specific operating target.

Start with the current system and the decision you need to make. Lithespan establishes a baseline before recommending changes.

Assess a workload Establish a reproducible baseline and identify changes worth testing.
We profile the system, test viable changes, and deliver a baseline, benchmark results, a cost model when measurable, and a recommendation. Use this service to investigate bottlenecks, compare targets, or decide whether a custom build is worthwhile.
Build or migrate Produce a tested release for the agreed workload and operating target.

We build and test software for the agreed hardware, OS, workload, and format. The release record includes benchmarks, compatibility results, trade-offs, and a maintenance proposal.

Migration can cover hardware, OS, toolchain, architecture, image format, or fleet changes. It includes dependency analysis, multi-target builds, rollout planning, and rollback preparation.

Machine-image work can package the agreed OS, kernel, drivers, runtimes, libraries, and application configuration as an AMI, Azure image or VHD, Google Cloud image, qcow2, or OVA. Delivery stays in the customer’s cloud account or private repository.

Maintain and requalify Repeat the evidence as upstream software, fleets, and requirements change.
We maintain workload tests, compare versions or targets, rebuild after relevant source changes, and issue regression reports. Agreements can add private distribution, more targets, a rebuild schedule, response terms, and time-bound support extensions.

Privacy

Customer traces, dependencies, configurations, and fleet profiles remain private. General improvements can move upstream only after customer information is removed.
